
Job Description
We are hiring Semi-Technical Customer Service Executives for a U.S. process involving customer care and upselling. This role focuses on assisting customers with service-related inquiries while identifying opportunities to promote value-added services and solutions. You will play a key role in enhancing customer satisfaction and contributing to business growth through effective communication and persuasive skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide assistance to U.S.-based customers regarding service-related queries.
- Handle semi-technical concerns with clarity and accuracy.
- Promote additional services or upgrades based on customer needs.
- Maintain high-quality service standards and follow call handling protocols.
- Meet performance metrics including customer satisfaction and upsell targets.
Eligibility Criteria & Salary Structure
Freshers (Graduation Required):
- In-Hand Salary: ₹26,500/month
- Performance Linked Incentive (PLI): ₹2,000/month
- Additional: Monthly Incentives based on performance
Experienced (Minimum 12 Months of Relevant Experience):
- In-Hand Salary: ₹33,000/month
- Performance Linked Incentive (PLI): ₹2,000/month
- Additional: Monthly Incentives based on performance
