
Job Description
We are looking for experienced and driven Technical Sales Executives to join a high-performing sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for engaging with inbound leads, conducting product demonstrations (primarily Adobe tools), and converting inquiries into successful sales. Candidates should have a proven track record in software or solution-based selling, with strong retention and cross-selling skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound sales inquiries and identify client needs to propose relevant software solutions.
- Conduct live products demos (Adobe suite perferred) to prospects and existing clients.
- Cross-sell and upsell additional services to maximize account value.
- Ensure high clients retention through excellent post-sale relationship management.
- Maintain detailed lead tracking and customer information using Salesforce and other CRMs.
- Consistently achieve sales targets and contribute to overall team performance.
Candidates Requirements
- Graduate in any stream (Mandatory)
- Minimum 1 year of on-paper sales experience (preferably software/technical sales).
- Proficient in Salesforce and CRM tools
- Experience in software sales, Inbound Selling, cross-selling, and client retention.
- Excellent English Communication skills (verbal and written)
- Strong presentation and persuasion abilities.

Salary Details
Candidates with 2+ Years of Tech Sales Experience:
- CTC: ₹5.9 LPA
- In-Hand Salary: Approx. ₹44,000/month
Candidates with 1 Years of Non-Tech Sales Experience:
- CTC: ₹4.9 LPA
- In-Hand Salary: Approx. ₹35,000/month
