We are hiring Inbound Voice Support Executive for a customer service role involving real-time support and assistance over calls. This is a permanent, office-based opportunity designed for both fresh graduates and experienced undergraduates who have a passion for delivering excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage inbound customer queries and provide clear, effective resolutions.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer satisfaction.
- Accurately log and follow up on queries using internal tools.
- Ensure compliance with quality standards and service protocols.
Eligibility Criteria & Salary Structure
- Graduates: Fresher can apply
- Undergraduates: Must have minimum 6 months of experience.
- Strong verbal communication skills in English.
- Minimum Quality requirement: B2 level
