leading healthcare processes (UHC). The role involves managing voice-based inbound and
outbound calls, resolving customer issues efficiently, and maintaining a high standard of service
delivery. Candidates should possess strong communication skills and prior experience in a voice
process.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide voice-based customer support, handling inbound/outbound queries.
- Ensure timely and professional resolution of customer issues.
- Maintain service quality and adhere to organizational standards.
Eligibility Criteria & Salary Structure
- Undergraduate or Graduate candidates with a minimum of 6 months relevant experience.
- Strong verbal communication skills suitable for voice-based customer support.

- Working Days: 5 Days per week with 2 Rotational Offs

Salary Range
- Candidates with 2 years of experience: ₹30,000 In-hand.
- Candidates with over 2 Years of Experience: ₹32,000 In-hand.
