Job Description

We are hiring dynamic and empathetic customer service professionals to support one of the
leading healthcare processes (UHC). The role involves managing voice-based inbound and
outbound calls, resolving customer issues efficiently, and maintaining a high standard of service
delivery. Candidates should possess strong communication skills and prior experience in a voice
process.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide voice-based customer support, handling inbound/outbound queries.
  • Ensure timely and professional resolution of customer issues.
  • Maintain service quality and adhere to organizational standards.

Eligibility Criteria & Salary Structure

  • Undergraduate or Graduate candidates with a minimum of 6 months relevant experience.
  • Strong verbal communication skills suitable for voice-based customer support.
  • Location: Gurugram
  • Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
  • Work Mode: Work from Office
  • Shift: 24*7 Rotational Shifts
  • Working Days: 5 Days per week with 2 Rotational Offs

Salary Range

  • Candidates with 2 years of experience: ₹30,000 In-hand.
  • Candidates with over 2 Years of Experience: ₹32,000 In-hand.

AMCAT Threshold Scores Required

  • SVAR (Verbal Ability & Reading Comprehension): 69/B2 level
  • SEU (Sentence Error Identification): 60
  • Grammar: 60
  • Fluency: 50
