We are hiring UK Motor Insurance Executives for an International Voice Process. This role involves handling customer queries related to motor insurance policies for UK-based clients. You will be responsible for assisting customers with their service requirements, ensuring compliance with process standards, and delivering excellent Customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls for UK Motor Insurance customers.
- Provide accurate information regarding policies, claims, and renewals.
- Assist customers with service-related and process-specific queries.
- Ensure compliance with UK insurance regulations and process guidelines.
- Maintain high-quality customer service standards.
- Achieve performance targets related to accuracy, service delivery, and client
satisfaction.
Eligibility Criteria & Salary Structure
- Education: Undergraduates & Graduates can apply
- Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in International Voice Process is required
- Location: Noida
- Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent
- Shift: 5 Days Working with 2 Rotational Offs
- Salary: Up to ₹6.5 LPA (based on skills & experience)
- Mode: Work From Office
- Transport: Both side cab service provided
