We are hiring experienced and certified professionals for a B2B voice-based Google Ads Support and Sales Process focused on the India market. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling client queries related to Google Ads, assisting with ad optimization, and promoting additional ad solutions through upselling. Key Responsibilities
- Provide customer support B2B clients for google Ads Campaign over voice.
- Assist with optimization, troubeshooting, and performance improvements for ads and PPC campaigns.
- Identify opportunities for upselling relevant ad products and services.
- Maintain detailed documentation of client interactions in CRM.
- Stay updated with Google Ads policies, trends, and best practices.
Eligibility Criteria & Salary Structure
- Education: Graduates Only.
- Location: Gurugram
- Job Type: Full-Time | Permanent
- Work Mode: Work From Office
- Shift Timing: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (Day Shift)
- Working Days: Monday to Friday (Saturday & Sunday Off)
Experience (Preferred):
- Minimum 1 year hands-on experience with Google Ads, PPC campaigns, or ad optimization.
- Strong Verbal communication skills are a must.
- Candidates with a Google Ads diploma or certification are also eligible (salary applicable up to ₹40,000 in hand)
