We are hiring German Language Experts to join our team in Gurugram. This role is ideal for
graduates with proven experience and certification in the German language. You will be
responsible for handling communication, translation, and support for German-speaking clients,
ensuring accuracy, professionalism, and excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide support to German-speaking clients through calls, emails, or chat.
- Translate and interpret German language documents and communications.
- Ensure clarity, accuracy, and cultural relevance in all communications.
- Handle client queries effectively while maintaining service quality standards.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues promptly.
- Consistently meet performance and client satisfaction targets.
Eligibility Criteria & Salary Structure
- Education: Graduates Only
- Experience: Minimum 18 months of relevant experience as a German Language Expert
- Certification: B2 Certification in German language is mandatory
- Location: Gurgaon
- Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent
- Salary: Up to ₹7 LPA (based on skills & experience)
