
Job Description
We are seeking dynamic and results-driven professionals for a B2B Google Ads Lead Generation and Sales Voice Process focused on the India market. The role involves reach out to potential business clients, pitching Google Ads solutions, and generating qualified leads. A strong understanding of digital advertising concepts such as SEO and PPC is preffered or should be accquired before the interview.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound B2B calls to promote Google Ads services.
- Generate and qualify leads for sales conversions.
- Explain the value of Google Ads and digital marketing to potential clients.
- Meet daily/weekly leads target and maintain accurate call records in CRM.
- Collaborate with the sales and technical teams for campaigns follow-ups.
Eligibility Criteria & Salary Structure
- Eductaion: Graduates Only.
- Experience : Minimum 1 year voice-based experience in sales or lead generation.
- Excellent spoken English and persuasion skills.
- Prior Knowledge or willingness to learn about Google Ads, SEO, and PPC befor interview is mandatory.

- Working Days: Monday to Friday (Saturday & Sunday Off)
Salary & Benefits
- Salary: Upto ₹46,000 In-hand.
- Performance-Based Incentives: Upto ₹8,500 per month.
- Transport: Both side cab facility provided.
