Job Description

We are hiring Inbound Customer Support Executives to handle real time customers interactions and ensure high-quality service delivery. This role is best suited for articulate and fluent English speakers who can manage voice-based customer support in a professional and efficient manner.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle Inbound customer queries with clarify and professionalism.
  • Ensure first-call resolution and high customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain accuarte logs and follow internal communication protocols.
  • Uphold company communication standards and service benchmarks.

Eligibility Criteria & Salary Structure

  • Graduates: Fresher can apply
  • Undergraduates: Must have minimum 6 months of experience in customer service or related fields.
  • AMCAT Score: Minimum threshold of 65
  • Location: Gurugram
  • Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent
  • Work Mode: Work from office (WFO Only)
  • Working Days: 5 Days (Rotational Shifts & Offs)
  • Process: Inbound Voice-Customer Service
  • Education: Graduates/Undergraduates.

Communication Skills

  • Fluent and neutral accent is mandatory.
  • Candidates with strong pronounciation and grammar.
  • Note: Candidates with heavy Indian accents or noticeable pronounciation issues will not be considered.

Salary Structure

  • Graduates Fresher: ₹27,000/month (in-hand).
  • Experienced Candidates: (06 Months) ₹32,000/month (in-hand).
