We are hiring Inbound Customer Support Executives to handle real time customers interactions and ensure high-quality service delivery. This role is best suited for articulate and fluent English speakers who can manage voice-based customer support in a professional and efficient manner.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle Inbound customer queries with clarify and professionalism.
- Ensure first-call resolution and high customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accuarte logs and follow internal communication protocols.
- Uphold company communication standards and service benchmarks.
Eligibility Criteria & Salary Structure
- Graduates: Fresher can apply
- Undergraduates: Must have minimum 6 months of experience in customer service or related fields.
- AMCAT Score: Minimum threshold of 65
- Location: Gurugram
- Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent
- Work Mode: Work from office (WFO Only)
- Working Days: 5 Days (Rotational Shifts & Offs)
- Process: Inbound Voice-Customer Service
- Education: Graduates/Undergraduates.
Communication Skills
- Fluent and neutral accent is mandatory.
- Candidates with strong pronounciation and grammar.
- Note: Candidates with heavy Indian accents or noticeable pronounciation issues will not be considered.
Salary Structure
- Graduates Fresher: ₹27,000/month (in-hand).
- Experienced Candidates: (06 Months) ₹32,000/month (in-hand).
