Job Description

We are hiring Hospitality Customer Service Executive for an International voice process. This role is ideal for candidates with prior International experience in hospitality, customer support, upselling, or sales. You will be responsible for delivering a high level of customer satisfaction while managing service-related interactions in a professional and empathetic manner.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage with International customers via voice support to resolve queries and provide service assistance.
  • Deliver personalized support aligned with hospitality standards and customer expectations.
  • Promote relevant services or upgrades through effective upselling techinques.
  • Maintain quality standards and adhere to performance KPIs.

Eligibility Criteria & Salary Structure

  • Location: Gurgaon
  • Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent
  • Shift: 5 Days Working | Rotational Shifts | 2 Rotational Offs
  • Salary: Up to ₹30,000 in hand
  • Mode: Work From Office
  • Transport: Both side cab service provided
  • Undergraduate or graduate with minimum 6 months of International experience (preferable in hositality, customer service, upselling, or sales).
  • Strong verbal communication skills in English are essential.

Assignment Criteria:

  • B2B Level: Select 9 Quality OR
  • AMCAT Score: 65 Or Above

What You Will Do:

  • Handle Inbound and outbound calls related to order processing and collections.
  • Manage accounts receivable and ensure timely payment collections.
  • Coordinate with customers to resolve payment discrepancies and queries.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and follow company policies.
  • Work effectively in a fast-paced, customer-centric environment.
