Job Description
We are Seeking a dedicated Blended Process Executive specializing in Order to Cash (O2C) and Accounts Receivable (AR) Collections. In this role, you will manage voice-based customer interactions, handling both collections and order processing tasks. This position requires strong communication skills, experience in collections, and the ability to work in a dynamic 24*7 rotational shift environment.
Eligibility Criteria & Salary Structure
- Graduates Only
- Minimum 1 year of experience in O2C or AR Collections voice process
- Location: Gurgaon
- Shift: 24*7 Rotational Shifts
- Salary: Up to ₹45,000 in hand + ₹0 to ₹ 5,000 incentives
- Notice Period: 15 days buyout option available
- Facilities: Both side cab service provided
- In-Hand Salary: ₹33,000/month
- Performance Linked Incentive (PLI): ₹2,000/month
- Additional: Monthly Incentives based on performance
What You Will Do:
- Handle Inbound and outbound calls related to order processing and collections.
- Manage accounts receivable and ensure timely payment collections.
- Coordinate with customers to resolve payment discrepancies and queries.
- Maintain accurate documentation and follow company policies.
- Work effectively in a fast-paced, customer-centric environment.
