We are hiring experienced professionals for a US-Based International Voice Process. The requires handling inbound and outbound calls form US-based customers, providing timely resolutions, and ensuring customers satisfaction. This is a performance-driven role with high earning potential through monthly incentives.
Key Responsibilities
- Handling Customers queries and concerns over voice calls with professionlism.
- Provide accuarte information and solutions in accordance with company policies.
- Meet performance metrics including quality, productivity, and customers satisfaction.
- Maintain proper documentation of cstomer interactions.
Eligibility Criteria & Salary Structure
- Eductaion: Graduates and Undergraduates both eligible.
- Experience : Minimum 1 year of International voice process experienced required.
- Excellent spoken English and customer handling skills.
- Willingness to work in 24*7 rotational shifts.

- Work Mode: Work From Office
- Shift Timing: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (Day Shift)
- Working Days: 5 Days a week (Rotational Off)
- Blended Process: ₹24,000 in-hand + upto ₹18,000 incentives.
Salary & Benefits
- Salary: Fixed ₹24,000 In-hand per month.
- Performance-Based Incentives: Upto ₹18,000 per month.
