As a US Third Party Collection Executive (Voice Process). You will be responsilbe for managing customer interactions to recover outsanding payments in the US market.This role requires excellent communication skills, the ability to negitiate effectively. and a customer-focused approach to ensure successful collections while maintaining professionalism.
Your Responsibilities Will Include:
- Making outbound calls to collect overdue payments from customers.
- Handling inbound queries related to collections professionally.
- Negotiating payments plans and settlements.
- Maintaining accurate records of all customers interactions and transactions.
- Adhering to company policies and regulatory guidelines.
- Achieving monthly collection targets while delivering excellent customer service.

- Job Type: Full-Time | Permanent
- Eductaion: Graduates and Undergraduates both eligible.
- Experience : Minimum 1 year of International voice process experienced required.
